This is second report and it is about related hate crime occurring locally, in Seattle.  I am naturalized Russian American immigrant. Bias is based on Russian language. All perpetrators (automation and people hiding behind automation) use Russian language. Offensive audio in Russian is played mainly from garage behind Seattle justice center (609 6th ave & cherry st). It is 'city of seattle' premises. Low frequency audio contains derogatory and nonsensical audio messages in Russian. Audio comes from multi-story garage which has closed gates on weekends and after 10 pm Mon-Fri. This is shared garage used by municipal court, police and rest of municipality. Since audio runs from speakers there is unauthorized speaker in garage. That is perpetrator may be using fl

That is, any hearable messages, music or sounds played through my phone are being vandalized. Attacks come in form of speech talked over any music or sounds output by phone including preinstalled media sounds such as phone notifications, alarms and phone ring.  Perpetrator has overwritten voicemail box audio messages downloaded to my device from my telecommunications provider. Perpetrator has been able to talk over on-hold cueue music played when i make phone calls and line is busy and i am waiting for next available representative. Perpetrator has been able to talk over my music mixing sessions. Thus, all recorded mixing sessions created by me with mixing software on my phone have been vandalized. Again, its pretty good phone. 1. Factory fish is disappointment. Thats pre-installed Facebook software installed as system software. I dont use Facebook at all and I have to manually disable it. Why is it installed as system software? Why isnt there the means to remove it completely for users that don't use Facebook? Come on 2. I wish it had better camera hardware and software and pay for it. Id pay 100 bucks more for less shutter lag . Id like to take photos as fast as i tap on screen. Lets say the goal is ten taps per second.  Optics quality reflects on users ability to zoom in and out and, thus, quality of taken photographs. Camera on xcover6 is doing average on macros. Camera on xcover6 is doing really bad on distance shots regardless of mode (the way software is configured) it is in. If I take shot of tv dish brand letters printed on tv dish thats on 6th floor and i am on ground pavement accross street, i can see letters clearly with my eyes but its always blurry a
