That is, any hearable messages, music or sounds played through my phone are being vandalized. Attacks come in form of speech talked over any music or sounds output by phone including preinstalled media sounds such as phone notifications, alarms and phone ring.  Perpetrator has overwritten voicemail box audio messages downloaded to my device from my telecommunications provider. Perpetrator has been able to talk over on-hold cueue music played when i make phone calls and line is busy and i am waiting for next available representative. Perpetrator has been able to talk over my music mixing sessions. Thus, all recorded mixing sessions created by me with mixing software on my phone have been vandalized. Audio harassment from Seattle ?Justice? Center and others

First piece is Harassment and Phone stalking crime report ( Phone stalking crime report ). This is second report and it is about related hate crime occurring locally, in Seattle.  I am naturalized Russian American immigrant. Bias is based on Russian language. All perpetrators (automation and people hiding behind automation) use Russian language. Offensive audio in Russian is played mainly from garage behind Seattle justice center (609 6th ave & cherry st). It is 'city of seattle' premises. Low frequency audio contains derogatory and nonsensical audio messages in Russian. Audio comes from multi-story garage which has closed gates on weekends and after 10 pm Mon-Fri. Samsung Galaxy X Cover PRO

First disappointment with XCover Pro is that Instruction manual promises second SIM chip SLOT will be enabled in some future with software upgrade SO UNLOCKED VERSION FOR US MARKET HAS ONE HARDWARE SLOT CHILLING. Samsung, look at cheap ass Chinese Blue Unlocked which has both SIM chips working and it can run ATT & ATT Prepaid SIMS well. Blue will break as soon as it hit the the ground so does it means Samsung brand is tough but dumb? Please  lemme know I can help you with anything... (: Second disappointment is preinstalled software Facebook and Netflix software. You might think its only two (2) titles ... In reality there are 6 pieces that are impossible to uninstall. What is right with you my dear Samsung. It is true there are no legal loop holes in preinstalling fish at the factory as factory process even that there are disabled artifacts present on the device.
